About Wasatch Wagyu
Wasatch Wagyu is based at Fly Fox Farm in Coalville, Utah. We raise 100% full blood Japanese-bloodline Wagyu beef cattle.
Each of our cattle are DNA certified, RFID tagged, vaccinated and registered with the American Wagyu Association.
Our small herds are fed from mountain stream water off the Weber River and provided with a healthy grass diet without hormones or antibiotics to ensure proper weight gain, better quality of beef, and enhanced marbling. They are free-roaming on lands in the beautiful Wasatch mountain range of Utah.
Each of our cattle spend 30-months with professional ranchers who provide daily attention to their diet and physical condition.
These small, local herds are hand selected for harvesting and then packaged, transported and stored by the same hands that raised them.
From our ranch to your table every cut of beef is given the greatest of care to ensure the highest quality.
After each of our cattle are harvested in a USDA inspected and approved facility they are transferred to our Distribution Facility and Outlet store located in Logan, Utah.
