Wasatch Wagyu is based in Summit County Utah. We raise 100% full blood Japanese-bloodline Wagyu beef cattle.
Each of our cattle are DNA certified, RFID tagged, vaccinated and registered with the American Wagyu Association.
Our small herds are fed from mountain stream water and provided with a healthy grass diet without hormones or antibiotics to ensure proper weight gain, better quality of beef, and enhanced marbling. They are free-roaming on lands in the beautiful Wasatch mountain range of Utah.
From our ranch to your table every cut of beef is given the greatest of care to ensure the highest quality.
We pride ourselves with collaborating with local processors and purveyors in all aspects of our operations.
Each of our cattle are harvested in a local USDA inspected and approved facility. All of our products are graded “Beyond Prime”.
