Return policy: if your order arrives destroyed, a claim will be made with the shipping company through us.

Reach out to us by call or email to start your claim. Please provide pictures and details on your destroyed product.

If Wasatch Wagyu is at fault for the product issue, the customer will be compensated. Cancellations on orders can be made prior to the next weeks shipping day
