We provide this return policy so you can know in advance of any purchases just how we will handle things.

Perishable products cannot be returned. We ship all perishables using dry ice and other cooling mechanisms in insulated coolers designed for our products. Additionally, we ship all product according to a strict schedule to ensure they arrive in fresh condition. Since we cannot control all these variables after product is originally sent by us we do not accept returns on those products. However, should there be any kind of problem with your order we ask that you contact us to discuss a satisfactory resolution.

Non-perishable products can be returned with 14 business days provided they remain in new, unopened condition in its original packaging. Refunds will be extended once product is secured back to our inventory.

Refunds can be credited to the original source of payment or issued as store credit, whichever you prefer.
