We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, product weights, marbling, and appearance may vary due to the natural variation in Wagyu beef. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders must be placed through our online store at wasatchwagyu.com.

• Payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the Site.

• Once submitted, orders cannot be canceled or modified after processing begins.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are typically shipped Tuesdays and Wednesdays using 2-day shipping to ensure product quality.

• All products are shipped frozen and packed with insulation and dry ice.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect/PO Box addresses.

• Please track your order and ensure someone is available to receive it upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Our products are shipped frozen and should be stored in a freezer immediately upon arrival. It is your responsibility to handle, cook, and store meat products safely according to USDA guidelines.
